Join our Coaching program This program includes Body Composition, monthly updates and one on one meetings to review your progress, weekly phone calls and food diary monitoring to keep you on track. With the added flexibility of fitting in your training when it suits you rather than working around a trainer and less than half the cost of two weekly sessions with a PT you have no excuses. This program has limited availability and should only be undertaken if you are serious about gaining results and are willing to make some changes for the better. Group CoachingThis program operates in a similar format as the one on one coaching programs, the difference being that your monthly catch-ups are done in a group format rather than on your own.
