Congratulations on taking the first step to becoming a fitter, stronger, more healthy and happy you.  At Jenny Dugard's Fine Form Fitness and Body Beyond Baby our focus is on ensuring every member of  the family no matter what their age or situation is given the help and guidance they need to make exercise a normal part of everyday life.    What we do Fine Form Fitness and Body Beyond Baby specialises in group training with an emphasis on keeping the family together through exercise.  We believe it is important to introduce children to exercise at an early age and to ensure their role models are fit, healthy and active individuals in order to set a good example.  We also offer a limited number of one on one personal training sessions and coaching programs.    Where to now? This website has been organised for you to find the information you need as easily as possible.  So, if you are a mum with a baby or young child click on our 'Body Beyond Baby' heading above.  Within this section you will find details of our Body Beyond Baby group exercise sessions where we have nannies to look after your little ones. You will also find information on our Body Beyond Baby Blitz, Body Beyond Baby Boot camp along with our Kids Care First Aid courses, which offer you all the tools you need to competently cope with any unexpected emergencies.
